General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

Cancellation policy

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. In this case, the prepayment of CHF 105 will be fully refunded. If you cancel less than 5 days before arrival, the prepayment will be forfeited.

Check-in & Check-out TimesOur check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM and also applies to self-check-in.

If you would like to check in outside of these hours, please request.

Check-out one-room apartment until 12:00

Check-out Two-room apartment (Panorama) until 11:00 a.m.

Number of guests

Panorama apartment for up to 3 people

Studio for up to 2 people

Rest periods

From 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Additional rules

For check-in we require from each guest:

• Surname, first name, date of birth, nationality and identity card or passport number
• Pets are not allowed
• No events allowed
• Smoking, vaporizers and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited in the house.
• Smoking allowed on the terrace.
• Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtrays on the terrace.

To check in, please follow the directions sent to you upon booking.

This property is located in a somewhat remote mountainous area at 1,070 meters above sea level. To reach the property by car, you must drive along a narrow, winding, concrete mountain road. The road is not lit at night. The last 100 meters to the house is a dirt road. The mountain road is partially single-lane. If you encounter another vehicle approaching, you may need to reverse slightly to the nearest passing place.
